Deskside Services

BLC can place business specific deskside support service personnel. Our contractors strive to build strong relationships with customers to provide support and understand their support requirements through open and regular communication. BLC staff can install and configure application software, both off-the-shelf and in-house developed. They will use logic and analysis to work through and solve problems with users. When necessary, they troubleshoot performance problems and maintain security configurations to ensure continuous functionality. Our staff tracks all user issues until resolution, and maintains a knowledgebase to facilitate future issue resolution. We pool contractors with skills and knowledge including:
