Application Support

BLC provides Application Support personnel to ensure the continuing operation of software applications, both off-the-shelf and in-house. Placed staff will apply and test enhancements, fixes and upgrades to applications. Our people are excellent at discovery of, troubleshooting, and fixing software problems. They will assume primary responsibility for problem triage and respond to helpdesk tickets as necessary. Regular monitoring of performance, stress and load tests and tuning for increased performance keeps all applications running at maximal efficiency. As in all our staffing services, we encourage our consultants to keep abreast and trained in advances in their specific field.
