Project Based Services

Our Business Analysts work as part of our Project Management services or independently with you to build business process models, data flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams. We gather requirements for systems and applications, and follow through by developing business requirements and technical specifications.
BLC consultants analyze business and technical requirements, developing test plans and scripts to establish an appropriate analysis foundation. We perform system testing, load/stress testing, integration testing, and we may assist with user acceptance testing and unit testing if needed. When the working environment’s requirements change, we can perform regression testing. Our knowledgeable personnel can also test the security of applications and documents test results.
We provide training for your staff on current enforcement actions of the FDA, risk assessment for QSR audits, to perform internal audits to meet FDA and ISO requirements, and assist you in the development of appropriate auditor response techniques.
